Platform Subscription Refund Policy
This policy applies to EasyCart platform subscription fees, not products sold by independent sellers.

1. Scope
Refunds here apply to EasyCart subscription fees. Product-level refunds must be handled directly by the individual business that sold the product.
2. Eligible Cases
Refund consideration is available for platform-side issues such as extended service outages, unresolved critical feature failures, or confirmed billing errors.
3. Process
Contact support with issue details first. We prioritize resolution. If we cannot resolve within a reasonable period, refund or service credit options will be reviewed.
4. Non-eligible Cases
Refunds are not guaranteed for preference-based dissatisfaction, user-side setup mistakes, policy violations, or requests outside the policy window.
