1. Agreement

By creating an account or using EasyCart, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Scope

EasyCart provides tools for businesses to create and operate online storefronts. Sellers are responsible for their own products, fulfillment, and customer obligations.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be legally able to enter contracts under Sri Lankan law. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Non-payment may result in service restriction or suspension after applicable grace periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You must comply with our acceptable use and prohibited items policies. EasyCart may remove content or suspend accounts that violate policy or law.

6. Limitation of Liability

EasyCart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the subscription fees paid for the relevant period.

7. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
